Step by step

1. Select an editable cell.
2. Enter a value using the keypad or keyboard; Notes stores candidates.
3. Read the region, cage, arrow or outside clues alongside the normal constraints.
4. Check entries verifies the completed board; Undo reverses your last input.
5. New puzzle selects another included puzzle.

A useful example

If the values strictly between 1 and 9 are 2, 4 and 7, the sandwich clue is 13. Your next round may have a different position, so inspect it before acting. Check the stated objective.

Watch out for this

A full board must obey every extra rule. Reveal supplies assistance; it is not an earned deduction. A different version of the game may use a different rule. Take enough time to read a new position. If a game has a timer, learn its controls first rather than searching for them during the round.
